JUNIOR COACH

As a Junior Coach at INTENT91, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions and ensuring an exceptional, non-intimidating experience for our members. You will follow the world-class SGPT playbook and contribute to the overall success of our gym by upholding our core values and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Coaching: Lead personal training sessions in line with INTENT91’s standards, ensuring a personalised service for our members.
• Create a Friendly, Welcoming Environment: Offer an unrivalled experience that is personal, friendly, and non-intimidating while maintaining gym cleanliness and presentation.
• Safety First: Ensure the gym remains a safe environment for members to train in, and maintain the highest standard of personal presentation.
• Follow Systems & Operations: Assist the Gym Manager in adhering to Health & Safety policies and gym operations.
• Support Marketing Efforts: Contribute to content creation, assist with in-person events, and support the marketing team as needed.
• Engage with Potential Clients: Conduct gym tours for new members and assist with sales operations.
• Contribute to the Programme Blueprint: Collaborate with the Head Coach in shaping the INTENT91 training program.
