100% of our Monday sessions are recorded and uploaded the following day. To get the most out of the course, we recommend attending them live; however, all sessions are available to watch back.

Absolutely. You will graduate with a fully accredited CIMSPA Level 2 & 3 Qualification. This is the "Gold Standard" required to work in any commercial gym (like PureGym, The Gym Group, or Nuffield) or to get insurance for your own private business.
