Junior Coach
METHOD. · Eastbourne, East Sussex · Full Time

They want someone who genuinely cares about people, loves coaching, and wants to build a career as part of an ambitious independent gym. Strength In Numbers (SIN) · Glasgow, Scotland · Coach
We're not looking for the finished article — we're looking for someone who wants to become a great coach. Curious, coachable, and genuinely cares about people. Someone who wants to understand the why behind great coaching, asks questions, takes feedback well, and is hungry to keep improving. Coach
Evolution LDN · East Sheen, London, UK · Coach
This role isn't for everyone. Coach
Train With Adby · Romiley, Stockport · Full-Time Coach
We're looking for a full-time coach to join our growing personal training gym. The ideal person is a great people person who loves training, brings energy and enthusiasm, and genuinely enjoys helping everyday people improve. Coaching experience is a bonus but isn't essential — personality, attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn matter just as much, and we'll develop the right person through our own coaching system. We want someone looking for a long-term career in fitness who wants to grow with the gym and be part of a team.
The role includes: delivering high-quality small-group personal training sessions, managing a cohort of members to support attendance, engagement, and progress, helping maintain a clean and professional facility, contributing to social media and marketing content, and — with full training provided — getting involved in prospective-member consultations and enquiries. Coach
Fortified · Buckingham, United Kingdom · Coach
We're looking for a coach with 1+ year of coaching experience — newly qualified coaches may not be considered, but you don't need to be a veteran either. You should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working directly with clients day to day. More than anything, we're looking for someone who sees coaching as a long-term pursuit of mastery, not a stopgap. You've started your journey and you're not looking to leave it early for another role in the industry. You'll fit in well if you want to be surrounded by a team on the same path, pushing each other to get better, and if you take real pride in delivering an exceptional experience for the people you coach.
The role includes: delivering 20–25 group personalised training sessions per week, managing a designated cohort of members to ensure results, support, and accountability, attending weekly team meetings, learning workshops, and programme walkthroughs, contributing to other gym targets (sales calls, content creation) where your skills align, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for all members. You'll report to the Gym Manager, with mentorship from the senior coaching team.
Requirements: 1+ year of coaching experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to coaching as a long-term career. This is a 40-hour contract with strictly no other coaching commitments. Salary starts at £30,000, plus 31 days annual leave, growth towards senior coaching roles, and funded further education. Please carefully consider the long-term sustainability of your commute — this role requires early and late shifts.
To apply: submit your CV and cover letter by 23rd August 2026. Ideal start date 7th September 2026. Based at Fortified Gym, Remus House, Castle Street, Buckingham, MK18 1BS.

Junior Coach
Pineapple Fitness · Newcastle NSW, Australia · Full Time / Part Time
Pineapple Fitness is a women's SGPT gym in Newcastle, NSW — a coastal city two hours north of Sydney. Think Brighton meets Byron: beaches on your doorstep, unreal coffee, a cracking food scene, and a coastal lifestyle that's second to none.
We're looking for a Junior Coach, full-time or part-time. This isn't your typical coaching job — it's the chance to build your craft somewhere genuinely different, with real sessions and real members from week one. We're open to working holiday makers and to coaches looking to stay longer. Experience is a bonus, not a requirement — what we care about is how you show up: curious, adaptable, attentive and genuinely interested in the woman in front of you.
The role includes: delivering engaging SGPT and Fitness Class sessions, leading your own member cohort of 40–60 women through check-ins and accountability, supporting sales, creating social media content (yes, you'll be on camera), assisting with daily operations, contributing to programming discussions, engaging in ongoing CPD, and supporting community events from BBQs to retreats.
We're looking to have someone in place ASAP. Relocation support is available — we'll support you, though moving countries isn't easy, so this suits someone genuinely up for the adventure and ready to back themselves once they're here.
To apply: submit a CV and a 2-min cover video. Applications close 31 August.
