ROO ALLEN
The PFCA support system has been huge with constant accountability through messages and calls, pushing me to keep moving forward.
After 6 months, I am extremely proud to say I now have a self-employed business from home with a very stable income, earning more than ever before and a close and ever-growing client base that I enjoy training day in, day out.
To be the best, you’ve got to invest in the best.
I first came across the opportunity to join the PFCA early into the lockdown period. The opportunity to be mentored by Ollie and Jenz, two most well-respected and influential figures in the fitness industry seemed a no-brainer to me. As soon as I hopped onboard I realised that the decision to invest in myself would be one, if not the best in my 24 years so far.
After 5 years Personal Training in commercial gyms and a couple of years in a CrossFit/ S&C environment, it soon became apparent it was time to focus on my own development and start pushing forward with my own journey, which to begin with, the thought of starting again from scratch under my own name seemed hugely daunting, but with the re-assurance of having experience and knowledge in abundance behind me, I knew I was on the right tracks.
My mentors have pushed me from day one to step out of my comfort zone and helped me form some solid foundations of the business such as onboarding systems & pricing structure. Supporting me every step of the way and being that gentle shove to throw myself into the deep end when needed.
The PFCA have taught me to believe in myself and most importantly my product. The support system has been huge with constant accountability through messages and calls, pushing me to keep moving forward.
I truly believe i am only 5% into my potential growth and journey with a constant burning desire to progress and learn/ up-skill in order to take myself to the next level as a coach. After 6 months, I am extremely proud to say I now have a self-employed business with an ever-growing client base that I thrive off training day in, day out. And most of all huge confidence behind my next move forward in my own personal journey.
It was hugely important to me when looking down the mentor route to invest in someone who has already achieved/ currently achieving things that I am looking to achieve and for me to emulate in my own career.
Joining The PFCA was the best investment I could have made. I have now turned a job and passion into a career and lifestyle, and very proud to call Ollie and Jenz my mentors.
